Piotr is a legal advisor and a licensed restructuring advisor, specializing in providing legal services to entrepreneurs, with a special focus on dispute resolution and commercial contracts.

He has many years of experience in conducting commercial, bankruptcy and civil litigation for both entrepreneurs and individuals, gained while working with leading Polish law firms.

In his professional activity to date, he has participated in providing services to leading entities from the banking, financial, construction, energy, catering, FMCG and media industries, including among others, handling multi-million disputes in the field of banking and financial institutions operations, leasing funds, damage liability, corporate disputes, as well as providing day-to-day legal services for these entities, with particular emphasis on construction works contracts and leasing contracts.

In the past, he was also involved in providing legal services to one of the leading press publishers in Poland, including matters in the field of press law, personal rights, advertising, copyright, tax and gambling law.

He also has extensive experience in providing services to housing cooperatives and communities, as well as entities from the insurance industry.

As part of his practice, he also provides services in the field of debt recovery, both at the pre-trial and procedural stages, as well as in enforcement proceedings.

He provides legal services in Polish and English.
