Szymon Suchcicki has several years of experience in serving professional entities, particularly banks and financial institutions. He specializes in resolving litigation, including media law disputes. He represents clients both at the pre-litigation stage, including conducting negotiations and mediations, and in court proceedings, in particular in commercial, civil, criminal, administrative and administrative court proceedings and before public administration organs. For more than 13 years he has been actively supporting banks and financial institutions in criminal, civil and economic cases, including „Swiss franc loans” cases.
He has extensive experience in carrying out enforcement and restructuring proceedings, including the enforcement of difficult debts with particular emphasis on real estate enforcement. He also supports creditors in filing actio pauliana, pursuing claims against partners of partnerships and members of management boards of limited liability companies. Szymon has built and supervised the work of a claims management team handling several thousand payment cases, and is also the author of many innovative solutions related to increasing the efficiency of enforcement proceedings.
For many years he worked in one of the largest and leading law firms engaged in debt management. He participates as a speaker in trainings, conferences and lectures for representatives of the banking sector, as well as for journalists and students. Moreover, Szymon is involved in issues related to freedom of the media, hate speech in its broadest sense, and freedom of conscience and religion.
