Szymon Suchcicki has several years of experience in serving professional entities, particularly banks and financial institutions. He specializes in resolving litigation, including media law disputes. He represents clients both at the pre-litigation stage, including conducting negotiations and mediations, and in court proceedings, in particular in commercial, civil, criminal (including criminal fiscal), administrative and administrative court proceedings and before public administration bodies. For more than 13 years he has been actively supporting banks and financial institutions in criminal, civil and economic cases, including disputes over so-called "franking credits."
He has extensive experience in conducting enforcement and restructuring proceedings, including the enforcement of difficult debts with particular emphasis on real estate enforcement. He also supports creditors in bringing pauliacy complaints, pursuing claims against partners of partnerships and board members of limited liability companies. Szymon has built and supervised the work of a debt management team handling several thousand cases for payment, and is also the author of many innovative solutions related to increasing the efficiency of conducted enforcement proceedings.
He worked for many years in one of the largest and leading law firms dealing with debt management. He participates as a speaker in trainings, conferences and lectures for representatives of the banking sector, as well as for journalists and students. In addition, Szymon is involved in issues related to media freedom, hate speech in its broadest sense, and freedom of conscience and religion.

Peter is a legal counselor and restructuring advisor, specializing in legal services for entrepreneurs, with a particular focus on dispute resolution and contracts in business transactions.
He has many years of experience in commercial litigation, bankruptcy and civil litigation on behalf of both businesses and individuals, gained while working with leading Polish law firms.
In his career to date, he has been involved in providing services to leading entities in their respective sectors in the banking, financial, construction, energy, food service, FMCG or media industries, including, among others, handling multi-million dollar disputes in the fields of banking and financial institutions, leasing funds, indemnity liability, corporate disputes, as well as ongoing contractual services to these entities, with particular emphasis on construction contracts and leasing agreements.

She is a committed, thorough and open to expanding her knowledge, finding herself well in the dynamic environment of law firm work.
